Privacy Policy

Gateling-TMS is a training management system used by academies to manage courses, classes, and students. This policy applies to everyone who uses the platform: organization admins, teachers, and students enrolled by an organization.

Account information you provide directly: name, email address, and phone number.

Organization information: business name, and the courses, classes, and student records your organization creates.

Content you upload: course materials and files stored through our file storage provider, subject to your plan's storage limit.

Usage information: sign-in activity and basic technical logs used to keep the service secure and reliable.

Contact form submissions: if you use our contact form — including as a visitor without an account — we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you submit, solely to respond to you.

To provide the service: authenticate you, run your organization's classes, and send transactional emails such as email verification, password resets, and team invitations.

To respond to messages sent through our contact form: the Gateling team receives an email notification containing what you submitted, and uses it only to reply to you.

To keep the service secure and improve it over time.

We use a small number of essential cookies for sign-in sessions, your language preference, and your theme preference. See our Cookies Policy for details.

We do not sell your information. We share data only with the service providers that run the platform on our behalf: our database and hosting providers, our file storage provider, and our email provider — each bound to use your data only to provide their service to us. When Live Classes launches, session data will also be shared with onMeeting to host your video sessions.

Nothing about your organization appears on Gateling's public website unless an admin of that organization turns it on. Both settings live under Organization settings → Public showcase, and both are off by default.

Showcase: if enabled, we publish your academy's name and the profile photo of the account that owns it in a visitor-facing band on our home page.

Feedback: if you write feedback and tick “Allow Gateling to publish this”, we may publish the words you wrote, the name and role you typed into the form, the photo you attached if you attached one, and your academy's name. Our team reviews it before it appears, and reviews it again after any edit.

You can withdraw either permission at any time from the same screen, which removes the content from our website. Published pages may still be held for a while in search-engine caches and other archives we don't control.

We keep your data for as long as your account or organization stays active. Contact us if you'd like your data deleted.

Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to you, whether or not you have an account.

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Gateling-TMS is used by organizations to manage students, including minors, on the organization's behalf. Organizations are responsible for having the appropriate consent to enroll a minor, in line with applicable law.
