By signing up for or using Gateling-TMS, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Gateling-TMS lets you create an organization and manage courses, classes, and students. The Free plan has no time limit; plan limits (students, courses, storage) are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

You own the course materials and content you upload. By uploading it, you give us permission to store and display it back to you and the people in your organization, solely to provide the service.

Don't use Gateling-TMS for anything illegal, to upload content you don't have rights to, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

The Free plan is free with no time limit and no credit card required. Paid plans are not yet available; when they launch, their own terms (billing, cancellation, refunds) will be published before you're charged anything.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Gateling-TMS is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We'll update this page if these terms change, and update the date at the top.
